TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1) No dead buyer pls
2) No Spammer as well
3) Once item are handed to you, no refund or exchange allowed
4) Payment must be made before i will order
5) Meeting place will be discussed and there will be delivery charges for certain places.
** (EAST) - Hougang, Sengkang, Buangkok, Punggol -- FREE
** (NORTH/EAST) - Any area not stated above but ALONG the NEL -- Add $1.00
** (NORTH/EAST/SOUTH/CENTRE) - Any area not stated above and NOT ALONG NEL -- Add $1.50
** (WEST) - As long is west side -- Add $2.00
6) Order won't be process if payments and 1st confirmation mail are not receive at the stipulated time
7) Once i receive your payment, it means u have read ALL and AGREED to ALL agreements
8) Items sold are carefully checked. Thus i will not be responsible for any damages once item are handed to you
9) No refund or exchange once you acknowledge the 2nd confirmation email
10) No MISSING-IN-ACTION is allowed (if u are not able to make it to the meet up, pls inform 5 hrs before the meeting time)
11) If you did not turn up or even pick up my calls during meetin up, there will NOT be refund or redelivery
12) There might be changes in the price of the item. Thus pls make sure the final price before ordering
13) Pls note that pre order items need to be shipped over, so pls ensure that u r prepared to face any delays
14) Take note that there might be additional terms and condition or ordering info added as time goes, so pls read thru EVERYTIME you order

@ The item code, size, colour and qty
I won't be sending any item through mail as i won't be responsible for any loss or damage
Pls read through all terms/conditions and payment/order info before ordering
Once i receive your order, i will send you confirmation letter 1 regarding payment
After i receive ur payment, confirmation letter 2 will be send to you and order will be processed immediately
Order processed = NO REFUND!
